1. find your Galaxy file at C:Documents and SettingsUSERNAMELocal SettingsApplication DataIronclad GamesSins of a Solar EmpireGalaxy

2. put the Starvation.galaxy file in there

3. your done

To Play:
1. Star SoaSE

2. Go to game selection screen

3. Starvation will be under "Custom Games"
