PunkBuster updated their Support page to include some information for players and admins that may help resolve some problems. There is a section for players getting kicked with the 'Too Many Re-Initializations' violation (which basically means the PB Client is not responding or is failing to update to the latest version for some reason). There is also a section to help admins configure their system for running multiple PB-enabled game servers on the same computer.
