6 keys of Screen Appearance

6keys.zip

Description

You will have a key for the following attributes:

-field of view -brightness -thirdperson -fullbright -size of crosshair -color of crosshair

The original keys are: ins, del, home, end, pgup, pgdn You can replace these as seen below...

Every attribute has three or two values, and the key switches between them. Or switches on/off.(thirdperson, fullbright)

In the topleft corner of the screen, a sign lets you know, what you have just changed.

Note: You can't use Thirdperson and Fullbright, where it is disabled.

Not everywhere can admins disable these. So, if you read "no 3rd" or "third is not allowed" etc., don't use that! In these places Thirdperson is considered as a cheat! I don't know, if Fullbright is forbidden somewhere, but I hope it isn't.:)

Sounds interesting, go check out ;)

Description:
You will have a key for the following attributes:

	-field of view
	-brightness
	-thirdperson
	-fullbright
	-size of crosshair
	-color of crosshair

	The original keys are: ins,del,home,end,pgup,pgdn
You can replace these as seen below...

Every attribute has three or two values, and the key switches
between them. Or switches on/off.(thirdperson, fullbright)

In the topleft corner of the screen, a sign lets you know, what
	you have just changed.

    Note:
You can't use Thirdperson and Fullbright, where it is disabled.

Not everywhere can admins disable these. So, if you read "no 3rd" or
"third is not allowed" etc., don't use that! In these places
Thirdperson is considered as a cheat! I don't know, if Fullbright is
forbidden somewhere, but I hope it isn't.:)

    Actions:

(Insert):Field of View (Home):Thirdperson (Page Up):Size of crosshair

    (Delete):Brightness (End):Fullbright (Page Down):Color of crosshair

Installation:
If you already know how to install cfg-s, jump to the next section.

	Extract the files(autoexec.cfg,6keys.cfg) into /base/mp.
This is in your sof2 directory, maybe: c:\Program Files\Soldier Of...\

If you have an autoexec.cfg already, keep the old one, and add this
two words to it, into a new line (without ""-s): "exec 6keys.cfg"
To edit a cfg-textfile, maybe open with Notepad from MyComputer, or
	press F4 in Total Commander.

If you want to use it in a MOD, for example RPM:
Copy the files in your MOD directory also: /rpm (or /adm, /bots etc.)

After you put the files in your /base/mp, and in any other directory,
	where sof2mp.cfg can be found (for me: /adm, /botmod, /bots, /rpm),
	the script will work everywhere.

Personal Modifications:
	Deafult values:
If you want to use your own default values, you can replace
the original ones at the beginning of 6keys.cfg.
	Key binds:
Note: after first launch, sof2 will replace your original
key binds in sof2mp.cfg, with the new ones.

So, if you have something important at:
			ins,del,home,end,pgup,pgdn
or you just want another key to do that action,
you should replace these in 6keys.cfg, or make a security copy
of sof2mp.cfg, so you can check later the original action of
		that key.

You can just replace the word "PGDN", with the word "F5"
		for example.(without ""-s of course)

Avaible keys, to replace with, are the following ones:

		-(any letter)
		-space
		-alt
		-ctrl
		-backspace
		-tab
		-F1 through F12
		-shift
		-enter
		-del
		-home
		-pgdn
		-pgup
		-ins
		-end

		Key Pad values:

		-kp_del
		-kp_enter
		-kp_plus
		-kp_ins
		-kp_end
		-kp_downarrow
		-kp_pgdn
		-kp_leftarrow
		-kp_5
		-kp_rightarrow
		-kp_home
		-kp_uparrow
		-kp_pgup
		-kp_minus
