FEATURES/OVERVIEW:
-respawn repositioning for no-respawn games (inf,elim,dem); if you spawn somewhere you don't like, you can click "attack" and you will respawn somewhere else. this can be done until the round actually starts. it can be turned off by a CVAR. this is mainly helpful when you want to rush and spawn too far back--keep clicking and you will begin to cycle through spawn points on your side.
-better admin class system
    -system operator : access to all commands without regard of the server settings; can cloak commands so they don't echo; can set himself immune to other lower admin's powers (add only if they are trusted) [/rcon addadmin <id> -1]
    -full admin : has access to all commands the server allows [/rcon addadmin <id> 0]
    -half admin : has access to all stricktly administrative commands [/rcon addadmin <id> 1]
    -referee-clone admin : has access to referee commands + /adm_say and /adm_chat [/rcon addadmin <id> 2]
    -protected admin : has access to /adm_say and /adm_chat (protected because the main purpose of this class is so they can't be kicked off the server unless by rcon but without giving them any real power) [/rcon addadmin <id> 3]
-sounds
    -201 @sounds 'tokens'
    -event:if you drop the case, the game laughs at you, if a team scores or gets eliminated etc.
    -admins:/adm_rawsnd <path>
    -normal users:/vsay_all <keyword/path> [text] and news @# sounds (@0 - @200); 201 sounds. type /sounds in console for help (and what the a number means). but the sounds are better than those other mods pfft :-) because it has added functionability... you can do @0, @0=0 (id number) @0=all (just like @0), @0=team (to team only), @0=red (to red team only), @0=blue (to blue team only), @0=spec (to spectators only), @0=#T (to target only), @0=#A (to attacker only).
-headshot/neckshot/footshot/crotchshot/assshot/teamkill notification (ex [HeadShot] etc)
-admin commands for fun and for matches, if you are in a match/scrim, disable the fun admin commands, but you will still be able to change maps, restart, etc
-anti-intentional teamkill prevention
    -if someone TKs within the first n seconds (time set by admins), it will kick them (if the admin tells it to auto kick), and restore the health and armor (if they had armor selected) like the tk didn't even take place (advice is to keep this on for pubs, and off for match/scrim).
-mutators (name stolen from ut :-)
    -vampire:get health for inflicting damage upon others; cvar:am_mutator_vampire (max health can get: am_mutator_vampire_max; if set to 0, there is no max).
-rcon commands
    -addadmin <id> <class:0-3>
    -removeadmin <id>
    -freezeadmin <id> : disables the admin from the use of ANY of their powers (calling this again will unfreeze)
    -referee <id>
    -unreferee <id>
    -addbot <botfilename> <skill> <team>
    -strike <id> : kills a client
-tokens (for use when talking)
    -#h : health in numerical format
    -#a : ammo in numerical format
    -#B : health in bar format
    -#b : armor in bar format
    -#T : last person you inflicted damage on
    -#A : last person whom inflicted damage on you
    -#c : color of team (red, blue, green (no team; like dm), white (spectator))
    -#H : number of head shots
    -#N : number of neck shots
    -#C : number of crotch shots
    -#S : number of ass shots
    -#F : number of foot shots
    -#t : number of team kills
    -#K : number of kills
    -#D : number of deaths
    -## : prints a regular # sign
    -adm command tokens: #T #A; ex "/adm_phone #A 4"
-keywords (for use in adm commands): ME, RED, BLUE, ALL, #T, #A, SPEC (in some cases)
-bots (i just changed a variable in the code to enable them, and i just used the bot files from man down, however, modified
    -i just really included the bots for testing purposes (since i have no friends to test with, sniff)
-change the prefixs of *spec* *ghost* *referee* *admin* *developer* to anything you like... ex: maybe you prefer" ^0^^^3admin^0^^" so that you can have the colors/words you prefer

ABOUT:
 i just felt that OSP server-side was cool, so i figured i would give it a try, with my own twisted spin on it >:-)
 i am the only person currently working on Admin MOD for sof2mp1.03, but will not turn down talent :-)
 i am debating releasing the source code, only because i can see a lot of people simply changing the name and using it for their own server/clan server, giving me little or no credit... so i don't know about this yet :-(
 i would also like to start working on another mod, while continuing to maintain this one as much as possible, e-mail me if you need a coder. tell me why i should _consider_ you :-)
