Black Beauty M590 Skin ---------------------- By Fragger ---------------------- At last I found a way to apply chrome effects to only a part of the skin. In the past, all skins having the chrome shader had the texture applied globally. That resulted in a shiny blob with little to no detail. Wood, rubber, etc looked like chrome, but it was either all or none. This skin has the chrome applied only to the main body of the shotgun. Grips, trigger and guard, and both barrels are plain black gun metal and rubber. Also, there's writing on the side of the gun that's not affected by the chrome. I hope having solved this old problem brings back interest in weapon skinning. Fragger ---------------------- Installation: Just put the pk3 in your base folder. Works in SP too! ---------------------- Tutorial coming soon, but it's really not hard to do. Just open the pk3 and look at the files in there and you'll see how easy it is. ---------------------- Hope you like using this skin as much as I did making it. ---------------------- I know, the text on the other side is reversed, but you don't see that side unless you have another player with a shotgun in front of you, but then you'd be worried about other more important things. Like not getting your head popped.
