This a revision of my first attempt. It is more complete

What's New:

- All colors have been modded to fit the theme.
-redesigned option screen 
-added Orange cursor 
-the requestor screen is added
-loading screen included

this has to be the most complete skinning job i could do besides
revamping each individual icon. I wanted to get this version out so
people can see what can be done.

Instructions:

Place the CenS_menu.pk3 file in the mp folder.
Restart the game.
Enjoy.

p.s. If you are using XP: i modeled the colors
	 around the Digital theme.
