<MediPack> Description - Well this changes the appearance of the universal pickup (backpack). Simple as that. Instructions - Take the "MediPack.pk3" file and put in in your base/mp folder in your SoF2 directory (Make sure that you don't have a new skin for this in the folder already or you'll just get the original skin).
