However, if you do, all you should need to do is place the SoF2Rcon.exe and sof2rcon.exe.manifest wherever you see fit and run it, however you may still install if you like. If you are unsure whether you have the runtime files, you can open the SoF2Rcon.exe, and if you get an error before the application starts, you will need to use the installer included. 2. ~~ Download Sites ~~ The following sites have permission to host this package.
