@ Description: With this program it's possible to easily create cfg files that contain communication binds.

@ Information: This Program was written in Visual Basic 6.0, all required components
		 and dll's are included in the SoF2CfgFileCreater_setup.exe. (Which explains the size)

		I'm not responsible for any damage caused by this program, or spammers who use this program for
		that purpose. I personally don't mind taunting binds, as long as they aren't used as often.
		
		Keep in mind that there are people who don't like them so don't use them when you are aware of that.
		The main purpose of communication is helping your team, not annoying them.

		I hope this program will make it easier to make these relatively simple files for both people who 
		are new to scripting as the more experienced ones. Future versions of this program may appear in 
		the future with	added functionality. One thing I this program can't do yet is editing previously made
		binds, but in the next version I hopefully get that done.
