Instructoins- Extract the -=WMW=- Flags.pk3 to C:\Program Files\Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix\base and then to C:\Program Files\Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix\osp Lastly- Just have fun and enjoy the skins!
