Here is a cool utility that allows you to administrate your server through windows. There is a lot of techinical info, so i'll just let you know what he said :D
I've got another file, this time a simple rcon utility. The name of the program is DRcon, the D meaning DOS, since it runs in a DOS console. It functions very similar to the console in SOF by allowing you to enter commands to administer the server, but only rcon commands and very portable at under 20KB.
DRcon works in two modes; the first being Shell Mode, and the second is Batch Mode. Shell Mode allows you to enter multiple rcon commands and view the server's response--similar to the console in SOF. Batch Mode is named so because it executes an rcon command specified on the command prompt and immediately exits, which when used in combination with AT scheduling and/or DOS Batch files, can provide a quick and automated way to remotely manage a server from anywhere.
You may print my email so that people may contact me in case of bugs. Also, while this program is fairly simple, it has not been tested thoroughly, so this is version, by all means, considered a beta. Any feedback on bugs in highly encouraged.
Well there you have it! :)
