File Description

This mod replaces all the orange suited scientists with blue suited STALKER Guards.

The orange suit wearing scientists are replaced with blue Stalker guards. Green suit scientist (Kruglov) is the same as vanilla. Descriptions for the suit and some dialog has been amended to fit the new suits. The orange suit in the outfits file has been adjusted with more bullet, impact & explosion protection, but less anomoly protection. Think of it as an improved Stalker suit. My idea was that the basic Stalker suits are technically inferior copys of this suit produced by scientists for their guards. Price is higher than original orange suit. I also modified the eco suit texture found in the Stalker archives and modified a mesh to replace the Orange suits.

This mod also works with patch 1.0004.

A new game is required to get the replaced duty outpost in Yantar.

The orange scientist suit is replaced with a blue Stalker suit, which can be
brought from those traders that would have sold the original.

This results in the helicopter scene being more of a firefight, and I have also
replaced the Duty outpost in Yantar (which spawns after the Brain Lab mission
is completed) with these Eco Stalkers. On my test run I encountered no bugs,
but the new Stalkers in Yantar seem to wander away from the bunker more than
Duty did, which did mean I got some help fighting zombies!

Credits: SRP Mod team for the Marked One icon and the equipment icon.
I used these to create an NPC icon which you see in your PDA contacts list or when
you talk to them. I did some minor editing of their Marked One icon to show a black
hood as shown in game. The rest is my work, but thanks to everyone on the forums,
thats where I learnt to do very basic all.spawn and mesh editing.

Usage: Anyone can use this in a compilation, credit would be nice.

Notes: A new game is needed to see the spawns in Yantar.
Without a new game start you will still see helicopter scene and be able to use new
armor, but it would be wise to delete the included all.spawn file if your not starting
a new game. The black chest panels visible in the screenshots have been amended to blue
to match the icons. Forgot to get new screens!
