File Description

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - "Faction Change and Reset 1.1"* by Atrocious for "Oblivion Lost 2.0" by Kanyhalos - -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * fixed (Including Scientists hotfix and system.ltx for STALKER 1.0005 and 1.0006)

This mini-mod allows you to join any faction in Kanyhalos' Oblivion Lost 2.0

FIXED: I had to make this fixed version because I had a minor bug with the scientists and the wrong system.ltx for users of STALKER 1.0005 and 1.0006. I'm sorry for any trouble caused! That happens when you release too early. :) Users of the unfixed version can just copy the gamedata folder of this file into their STALKER directory and overwrite the exiting files. The savedgames will work. Users of STALKER 1.0004 will have to re-apply the patch_for_10004.

This is not only an add-on for OL, it is also an update of my mod. Changes since 1.0:

- I added a new black bandit suit to the game. It's unique because you can only get it by joining the bandits. Bandits starting equippment has changed. - The scientists in Yantar will lock down the bunker, if an enemy tries to enter. Note: Freedom are enemies of the scientists, in case you didn't know. - Scientists hotfix included - If you are an enemy of the scientists and want a psy emitter, you have to search the dead bodies of the academics that you wasted. Maybe one of them carries a prototype. - Some minor changes here and there.

Installation:
- Install S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl
- Patch the game to 1.0004 or 1.0005 or 1.0006
- Install Oblivion Lost 2.0
- Copy the gamedata folder of this archive into your stalker directory and overwrite the existing files.
- If you are using version 1.0004, copy the gamedata folder of the Patch_for_10004 folder into your stalker directory and overwrite the existing files.
- You are ready to play, but you might want to edit the options for my mod in gamedatascriptsfaction_change.script
- Start a new game and have fun!

Savedgames compatibility:
Savedgames from the unfixed version will work.

Known issues:
- There are a lot of radio messages in the game that might not fit to the situation, if you are a member of a different faction.
- You might get automatic missions from the scientists that you can't accomplish, as long as you are an enemy of them.
- I fixed some issue with the reset functionality. Now if you kill a member of one faction, you can reset the faction status. That doesn't mean you have to do that. Killing one member is usually not a problem. On the other hand, if you pissed of some members without killing one, you won't be able to reset the status. Go on, kill one and you'll get the option.
I'm working on these things but that's something for future releases.
