This mods gives you three options, Red, Green, or Blue scope dot.

Unrar which ever color you want your scope dot to be
in the folder:
C:/Program files>THQ>S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl
This is my first mod for this game, even though minor, its a nice little mod.
I plan on doing much more modding for this game in the future so keep your eyes open!!
