adds night vision to the binoculars as well as increasing the range by a small margin. simply add/replace the w_binoc.ltx to "gamedata/config/weapons" folder.
noticed a request on the forums at some time and thought it was a good idea. i experimented, and sure enough the first time i got it right by chance. not a programmer by any means, but know my way around some codes... don't bother with any credit if you want to use it, all it does is add: "nightvision_sect = effector_nightvision_good" (without quotations) into the ltx file. simply press your designated night vision key while using the binoculars to activate the night vision...
oh yeah... like any other mod, make sure your fs_game.ltx gives preference to file directories over the databases.
