Description

This mod is newest version of map-pack which adds terrain point names to maps of all levels.

Changes: - now compatible with both 1.5.05 and 1.5.06 patch - will probably work with other versions as well, and will look the same - tested on 1.5.05, but I've used files from 1.5.06 so there should be no problems - Military Warehouses is now 100% correct thanks to files from 1.5.06 - you DO NOT have to have 1.5.06 to have the SAME correct PDA map of Mil.W. level - old warehouses map and it's global-map-fix are gone from this mod - added my mod which makes dead bodies on minimap blue

Description/Changelog:

I hoped this wouldn't happen, but it did. GSC GW fixed one map (Military warehouses) so I had to make it all over again.
It is a good thing actualy, since map is now 100% - perfect!

Bad part is that I had more work to do, and that you have to download it once again after just 5 days :(

This is NOT just for STALKER CS 1.5.06, I have included their fixed level.ltx (from patch 1.5.06) so even if you use this map-pack with an earlier version of the game you will have NO problems with this mod, and you will get the fix which you'd otherwise need 1.5.06 patch to install.
Also, if you already have 1.5.06 - no worries, just install map-pack, game will use files from this mod, but since level.ltx is the same you'll have no problems either.

Since I had a complaint that dot's on the letter "i" are sometimes confused with dead bodies, I've decided to include on of my earlier mods, which makes dead bodies BLUE in the minimap, and they are a bit larger. So no more problems finding dead guys ;)

Well, a lot of changes were made internaly, but I've skipped on uploading all map-packs since v0.6. So we have a jump to v1.1.
I have added all remaining maps: Red Forest, Military Warehouses, Limansk. You can find details about every mop in their respective readme files.
Maps that are not present do not have any smart_terrain points associated to them, so there was nothing to modify.
I have also included a mini-mod that makes actor icon in PDA maps much smaller and less intrusive. It will help during gameplay as well, as it's more precise than the original icon. If you don't like it - just erase file "ui_common.dds". I have also included a slightly different variation, which has the "arrow" (the one pointing to the direction you're looking at) closer to the dot which represents position. To use this variation, rename or delete "ui_common.dds" and rename "ui_common-short.dds" to "ui_common.dds".

A few notifications for this complete mod:
- if you are using this mod, always keep the "Texture details" slider in game's video options all the way to the right, otherwise you'll get blurry picture and letters will be unreadable, rendering this mod useless
- this mod does not require restart
- this mod will probably work correctly with any previous and later version of the game, as these are just a bunch of pictures after all
- this mod will NOT cause any instability or CTD's
- if you don't like the mod, just delete "ui_common.dds", "ui_global_map.dds", and all files inside "gamedatatexturesmap" folder
- if you remove this mod game WILL NOT exibit any weird behaviour or anything, it will just continue to use original maps and all will be fine
- if you want just one of the maps, choose to your likings
- if you want to download just some maps, links to appropriate download files are provided further below

PDA actor dot mini-mod also has it's own screensthots, but it can also be seen in some of the screenshots I've made later on for the maps, for example those made for Red Forest, Limansk & Military warehouses..

Well, I thought that I will make this pack available only when I have all the maps finished, but since I was asked to upload whole pack, here it is.

Version is 0.4 since I have 4 maps in it :D

I am including overview of all 4 maps that I've made so far: Cordon, Garbage, Dark Valley, Agroprom - all v1.1 in their own version numbering scheme, and you can find them all in STALKER FileFront and GSC Game mod download sections as a separate downloads!

Future of this mod:
Well, this mappack will get it's own section on mod download pages at GSC Game forums, and STALKER Filefront when it's v1.0 meaning all maps are done. Untill than, check the link below as it will be only place where I'll be posting it while it's unfinished!

Styles are different, but idea is the same. Ofcourse, you'll probably want to stay with my version so you have all maps in the same style, but I've been including his map from the start in my readmes, and I won't stop now.. Cheers man, and thanks for helping me around with Gimping these textures :)

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS (by an unknown Stalker - but thank you anyway!)

Simply put the gamedata to your Stalker CS directory

And change the line in fsgame file from:

to:
