There is a new shiney webpage for the contest section, called the "Contest League Table". I think the name is pretty straight forward enough but I'll give you the low down on it anyways. This is the contest "league". It is a section where all the winners and entrants are logged and ordered in a league table to distinguish who is the most successful in all the contests held on Legacy Files. The more contests you enter, the more league points you accumulate, the higher you move up the table. It’s quite simple. If you want to be number 1 then you got to get some entries in. Obviously the points system is weighted to favour winners of contests and the contests are weighted..let’s face it more work goes into a Model and a GUI than a banner or splash screen. Contests are denoted by rounds. So far we have had 2 rounds only – Round 1 was in 2007. Round 2 is still ongoing which are ineffect the 2008 contests. 2009 will see 4 rounds, one every 3 months. Round 3 will commence in January. Round 4 will commence in April. Round 5 will commence in July and Round 6 in October. So if you want your name up there you got to enter, currently there are still contests ongoing - You have to check the left menu on the website. That is where most of the site features are placed and you'll find all contest info under the contest section.
