Contest Updates...Starship, GUI and Mission

The Starship Contests have a new addition, the generic Starship Contest. Its a simple one, create a new model. There are no guidelines or requirements hence its called the Generic Starship Contest. Also the GUI and Mission contests have been reopened with a slight twist - there is a Enterprise Era mission all until December 1st so if anyone was working on them prior to them closing they get a second chance with them.
