I say U.S.S. Prometheus vs Federation Task Force and the Romulans purely because it was a pretty good episode. I wouldnt have called Parallels a battle as such as the other Enterprise D didnt return fire, and its core was unstable from fighting with the borg :)

They didn't... I've seen every VOY episode, and VOY started after TNG had finished...

Yea, #6, these are canon battles seen in the show and there is no mention of Voyager or the Ent-D in each others' series according to Memory-Alpha.org or even non-canon according to the Memory-Beta wikia site.

Its clearly the battle Between Enterprise and Reliant, but as thats one of the best moments in trek history, I'll discount it as unfair on the rest :o) Thus my vote would go to Defiant vs Lakota simply because both ships kick ass!

@10 thats not true, when Janeway first found the borg she read one of Picard's logs about them to Tuvok I believe.

The episode was Scorpion. She read a passage of Picard's experience with the Borg to Chakotay. But there is no reference that the two ships were ever near each other, especially since the Enterprise was destroyed at Veridian III.

The Defiant Vs. The NX class ships was pretty nice. Nothing to Khan giving Kirk a swift kick in the a**.
