This new installment of the Constellation Battle Class takes away the forward quantum torpedos and replaces them with Photon Torpedos, in addition the recharge rates have been increased as they were too slow for the authors liking. The Constellation Battle Class can certainly do quite a bit of damage as when testing it managed to take down a Romulan Warbird, in less than five seconds. Impressive to say the least.
Considering the only bug is the green glow that comes from mixing textures in the M3D, this is a very good mod for a first, definitely worth a download.
jenislittlebro's Constellation Battle Class 1.1 This is my first mod, please be gentle. This is basically just a tng upgraded Constellation Class Ship, I've always loved the Constellation class ships, and i wanted one to better hold up in the tng era. This isn't one of those super invincible ships that will destroy everything in its path, just a highly upgraded Constellation to better hold its own against other tng era ships, enjoy :) I'm planning on doing some more work with it, perhaps even changing the textures a bit to make it look more like a tng era hull, kind of like the sovergien color, but as i said, i'm new to this modding, so i might need some help down here and there, and i'm open to any thoughts/ideas. Changes: I've taken away the front Quantiums, and gave it better recharge rates, such as the phasers and shields, the phasers were recharging way to slow for my liking Specs: She has tng phasers, forward tng photons, and Aft tng photons, as well as a heavily upgraded Hull, Shields, Sensors, Weapons, & Engines. if you have any questions/thoughts email me at [email protected] Installation: Open the Star Trek Legacy Folder, it can be found in: My Computer/c:/programfiles/BethesdaSoftworks/StarTrekLegacy All of the .dds files go into: Textures/DDS The Md3 file goes into the Md3 folder F_Constellation_battlec.odf goes into: odf/Ships fed_tng_phaser_9beam.odf goes into: odf/weapons/phasers F_class_cruise1.odf goes into: odf/Ships Legal: All files are mods of the original in-game files, so credit would go to Bethesda Softworks and Me. if you plan on using this somewhere else, or modding, or anything like that, i'm all for it, as long as you ask and proper credit is givin.
