Description

A Delorean... Yes mine friends, Dr. Brown's time machine from Back to the Future has arrived at Legacy Files and is a sweet little addition from experienced Armada modder FahreS. I do remember issues with this mod getting added to Armada (transparent textures among other issues) however they are seemingly fixed as this ran smoothly in my game. This also includes one new phaser and one new torpedo weapon. Also included are two alternative low-poly variants of the model (the original model is over 22,000 polys so if your system struggles with Legacy or it suffers from lag then I suggest using one of the low-poly variants which are around 12,000 and 8,00 respectively). The model also includes a damage model although there are no bump or spec maps. However it is still a great novelty ship to have. GET THIS NOW! :rock:

Introduction:

Builder of the DMC 12 for Midtown Madness 2: Yuriy Antipin

Converter to Need For Speed 4: Carlos E. G. L.
Converter to zu GTA3 and GTA-VC: Phil
New textures, extras and a few BTTF versions: silver007
Converter of the flying BTTF DMC 12 to GTA-SA: Slayer38
Modification of the flying BTTF DMC 12 for GTA-SA: bartsimpson90

The final version was converted to Legacy by me.

The weapons and pictures are made by me,
you have no permission to change and/or to release them without my authorisation.
Ask me for authorisation: e-mail or ICQ-UIN (both under Contact).

You are allowed to publish the DMC 12 as long as you add the names of all modders to your readme.

Information about this MOD

This MOD contains the De Lorean from Back to the Future,
which was only converted by me to Legacy.
You will not notice it but I had to modify the model a bit.

Installation instructions

If this is you first mod for Legacy do the following:

- Open the Windows Editor (notepad.exe) and add this line in it:
   g_bGeneratePackFile = 1

- Save this as myconfig.cfg in this folder:
  "...\Bethesda Softworks\Star Trek Legacy"
  
This will make the game to replace db.pak everytime you start the game.

Mod installation

1. Copy the files:

fwdelorean.m3d

INFO: This is the high-poly variant, your game may lag while using this. 
      Therefore you can use one of the variants with a lower poly count: "fwdelorean_low.m3d" or "fwdelorean_low2.m3d"
      Decide which one and rename it to "fwdelorean.m3d"
