Description

This is the Hussar Class Heavy Battleship. It is a nice design although personally I think the texturing doesn't complement the shape of the model. The NAcelles are a bit on the large side but the engineering hull section is a nice touch.. I think with some retexturing this could be a very very nice ship to play with.

Background Info During the Dominion Wars Starfleet vessels encountered enemy super battleships like Cardasian Hutet class and the Dominion Battleship, not mentioning the Dominion Dreadnoughts over Cardasian homeworld. In response Starfleet Engineers created plans of a federation heavy battleship - the Hussar. Work over the ship have been speeded up after the Nemesis Incident. The class was named after Polish armoured Cavalry. The design has been based on the Sovereign technology , but the ship has been stripped of all non-military equipment. The ship has primary and secondary warp core, shield generators, nacelles, and deflector dish. Almost every vital ship system has been duplicated.The ship uses type XII phaser arrays and Quantum torpedos. The main phaser strip has been placed around hull so the ship can fire in almost every direction. By the reason of high cost, only three ship of the class will be built. The first one, "USS Sobieski" has been named after Polish king and one of greatest commander of the hussars.

Some interesting info there, I always thought the Hussars were German.. I learn something new every day :D

THERE ARE ACCTUALLY TWO SHIPS IN THIS PACKAGE - HUSSAR CLASS AND DAMAGED HUSSAR CLASS

To install it just unpack it to Your Legacy folder.
