This is the I.K.S. Intruder. This is a very successful rendition of Nx9117's D7 class from the Real Models to Mods Challenge brought to life in Legacy by TipTop. This is a really superbly done high quality model as it is far better than the stock D7, even better than the K'tinga imho. I helped TipTop out slightly with an enhancement of his textures and glows before the final draft of the mod but it's TipTop's work and it's fantastic to have more Klingons on board. This is definately a warship you must have.
The rest of the ships that were part of the Real Models to Mod Challenge are still up for grabs including the really cool Wallace Class and Torrent Class

Klingon D-7 class refit I.K.S. Intruder Made by Tip Top (NewGenModTeam) Textures - Tip Top (NewGenModTeam) with help from IKS Yo Mama The original ship "real" ship was created by NX9117, so the whole idea is his. The ship is my answer to the "Real Models to Mods Challenge" The D-7 I.K.S. Intruder was built just before the Kithomer attack. The Klingons were able to detect cloaked Romulan ships with the upgraded sensor package (until the Romulans upgraded their cloaking systems). The built up engineering section generated the power needed to use the sensor. The Intruder has standard weapons of a D-7 but, is primarily used to direct firepower from other klingon ships to attack an target it has detected. Another idea was that the upgraded nose was a SUPER shield generator able to withstand an outrageous amount of hits that would normally vaporize a standard D-7.Intruder was one of the ship sent by the klingons to help Federation forces at Wolf359.After depleting the torpedoes the ship rammed the cube.
