This is a pretty cool little addon to make the game look and be used a little bit better.
As can be seen on the shot below, it gives ships impulse engine glows when going at sub-light speeds, which seems quite appropriate considering you get it at warp but beforehand, not at impulse.
No Intro Movies
Does exactly what it says on the tin, in that, when you start the game, you should go straight to the menu's.
This enables you to move/scroll your mouse faster in the top-down 2D strategy map in the campaign, which is always good if you're in a hurry to blow something up.
Altogether, a neat little package I recommend for download now!
No intro movies plus engine glows and faster scroll in 2d map. Just copy and past the file config.cfg into your legacy folder default C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Star Trek Legacy play the game. You should now have no intro movies (which always sucked as sometimes the bugged up the game) impulse engine glows when at sub light speeds and for campaign mod the mini map (2d map) will scroll faster as i found it painfully slow! Please contact me at ColdDarkParanoia@gmail.com if their are any questions if you want to use this in your mod please just give me credit and send an e-mail letting me know your planning on using the file. (dnt need to ask permission, i would just like to know when its being used :) This is in no way supported by bethesda or mad doc ect.. Enjoy :)
