SHIP HISTORY: In 2245, the Constitution Class starship was comissioned. In 2256, just eleven years later, the first pronouncer class was developed. The Pronouncer class became the primary type of ship for patrols and scouting missions. It, along with the monitor class, patrolled the Klingon-Federation Border up until the Four Years War where they wer part of small skimishes and minor raids on Klingon ships. The ships where mainly posted in the Rigel system whcih was a big concern since it was so close to the border. The ships had amatuar skeleton crews and became a ship which many experienced officers started on. A single ship, with only fore and aft pulse canons, poses little threat. However, when facing just two or more of these, they can be a significant threat. The Pronouncer class uses standard Constitution FSG shields and is fitted with FWC-1 warp engines. The onboard computer is an M3 type. It is as maneuvreable as an Oberth therefore making it a tough ship to lock onto. The ship was eventually scrapped and the Federation went into mass Trooper Class production.

Dont be fooled by the screenie of the cube and this new vessel by acid! What we have here is a scout ship for those that like to destroy things without wasting too much phaser power :D

Acidfluxxbass takes a break from his tutorials to bring us the Pronouncer Class scout ship. This is an interesting little concept to say the least. Resembling a constitution class with no saucer section, and slightly lowered nacelle pylons.

For its class it is a cheap and effective scout, being quick and agile, but as i said, dont let that screenshot of the cube fool you. As a scout the shields on this vessel cant take much of a beating, and being destroyed by a vulcan cruiser the weapons mean it should be used for quick recon only :D

the texturing on this is quite nice in my opinion, the bussard collectors and hull in general give it a bit of character.

a nice little addon by acid, but make sure you have something much larger watching your backGalaxy class anyone??? :D

A quick side note, before you install these folders into your directory you will have to unhide them, it seems the source files have been hidden and before legacy will read them, you will have to right click the folders, and unhide everything.

Installation:
Copy files from folders to Legacy.

Copy all *.dds in folder to: Legacy>Textures>DDS*
Copy all *.m3d files in folder to: Legacy>m3d
Copy all *.odf files in folder to: Legacy>odf>ships


The mod has been tested successfully on stock, trek battles and ultimate universe and aftermath.
There should be no trouble playing as files included that the ship uses are stock

delete/rename the file db.pak in your game directory, unless you have Trek Battles/UUmod
