This is StarfleetCommand3's Splash Screen Contest Entry. This is akin to the one StarfleetCommand3 is making for his mod in progress - Borg Invasion according to StarfleetCommand3. Hopefully we'll see more splash screens from StarfleetCommand3 (any one member can send in as many entries as they wish)

1. Place bitmap file in the root folder of Legacy


Note: This will work with any Total Conversion. It is not dependant on any files from any mods or does not interfere with their custom files.
