Here we have Tj_hawk's 2.3 version of his transphasic torpedo. This torpedo texture is quite cool looking, though it would be better looking if it was a slightly more elliptical shape. The light flare in the torpedo is a nice touch too and its a definite improvement over any stock torpedo, it also packs quite a serious punch too.
Weapon Info: Transphasic torpedoes are built to be between phase with normal matter, meaning they are capable of passing through normal matter to inflict major damage on a target. The weapon is meant to by an anti-Borg weapon. It enlists the casing and basic internal systems of a Hellfire torpedo but its warhead and phasing systems have undergone major changes.
The transphasic torpedo improves on the Hellfire phasing systems to "skip" past shielding as well as the hull to impact inside the target ship's structure to inflict maximum damage. However, to include new systems and a larger warhead, range has been limited.
Also, due to the weapon's highly volatile nature and intentions (used against extreme hostile forces, like the Borg), only a few are carried on ships, based on size.

[Background] Transphasic torpedoes appear only once, in the Voyager series finale, "Endgame". They are high-yield torpedoes that are designed specifically to fight the Borg. The future Admiral Janeway brought them back in time in a Federation shuttle-craft and had them installed onboard Voyager in 2377. They are among the most powerful weapons used in the Star Trek universe; just one is capable of obliterating an entire Borg cube, a feat normally requiring an almost impossible amount of punishment using standard Federation weapons. The Voyager Treaty: This treaty deals with only transphasic torpedoes. It states that they cannot be used against "civilized" races, meaning neutral or allied species. Transphasic torpedoes are designed to be anti-Borg, but if another power threatens the trillions of lives in the Alpha and Beta Quadrants, they can be used to save those lives. Examples would be Planet Killers, another Dominion invasion, Species 8472, and/or unforeseen aggressors. [User Notes] Since MRJOHNS Armored Voyager Mod a few months back, I've been kinda wondering why no one has even attempted to try to make this mod. Then it hit me when i was watching "endgame." why don't i just make them myself. After a trial run against a Borg Tatical Cube, I'd say...Admiral Janeway would be proud and happy to put the borg in their place. lol. The mod is useable in single player campaign mode, in case you wish to give Voyager and the Enterprise-E a little extra power to use against the Borg Cubes. The torpedoes i believe are as cannon as humanily possible as i can get it to be, because we all know Bethesda couldn't and wouldn't put the time and effort into making a game that us modders are willing to take the time to do. The texture for the transphasic torpedo is given to use by no other than Anunc8. Without it, this mod wouldn't be possible and we'd be stuck using the same ENT texture just to get by...i know sad and tragic just to think about it lol. [Mods] This mod is is useable on anyship you desire to use on legacy. however, i'd perfer MRJOHN's Armored Voyager Mod if you want to be as cannon as possible. Or acidfluxxbass's Armoured Ship Pack. You'll truly won't regret using this mod. [Weapons sprite installation] In case you guys don't want to install the SPR file in fear there isn't a backup file....which there is...
