This just in - thanks to the keen eye of Teancum at Gametoast and Kotaku's near-instantaneous knowledge of gaming news, we have a real "first look" at Star Wars Battlefront III. To quote: [quote]The footage, we're told, was taken at an internal alpha meeting with Free Radical back in November.[/quote] As you may know, Free Radical was dissolved recently as a company, so how this will affect production (it will certainly set it back) is up in the air. However, for now enjoy some of what looks like the first views of a promising sequel to Star Wars: Battlefront 1 and 2. This is of course not confirmed as fact, but to the eyes of those who know the game, this will certainly be recognizable as something very different from Battlefront 1 or 2. I'll give it credence, for what that's worth.
