Yes, that's right, this is a screenshot. One screenshot. I converted it to jpeg and posted it below, so technically you don't even need to download the file.
I suppose it is still a legitimate file because we do have a screenshots category in the file archive, but really - one screenshot? This would be better suited to being submitted to a picture of the day.
...I think I'm going to have to make some kind of rule about this.
