This is a dialing simulator as seen on Stargate:SG-1. It includes several features including 8-chevron dialing and a diagnostic screen. You can find full usage instructions in the help file that is part of the install.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Extract the files from this .zip folder. Run Setup.exe and follow the instructions onscreen.
Once installed, please restart your computer to ensure the program runs correctly.
You can run the program by clicking the icon on your desktop. But it is wise to refer the the
.txt file in the directory you installed the Sim.
