Description
This artillery structure and its accompanying shell creates a shield at the point of impact that lasts 15 second and is incredibly powerful. It drains 2000 energy per second while it exists. A small amount of damage is caused once the shield decays. The shielding effect will pass through another shield.
Install to C:\Program Files\THQ\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander\Mods
Create the Mods directory as neccesary
