This is a mod made for fun. Name: Lordmaniac'sModVer2 Info: Now all of the UEF and CYBRAN commander upgrades build in one sec. MassProduction PerSec and EnergyProduction PerSec for all three commanders has been changed to 200000(energy)and 150000(Mass). Install: Put in your mod folder.
