Another really useful mod from goom, basically it stops your shield/ anti aircraft / stealth units peeling off from your attacking battle group only to be slaughtered pointlessly. It's great litle mods like this that incoporate features that hopefully gpg will take on for future patchs.
Created by: Goom This mod addresses the lemminglike behaviour of mobile anti air and shield/stealth generators when grouped with ground attack units and given a group attack or attack move order. They should now hang back with the rest of your army instead of charging forward to certain death. Unfortunately this is a unit modification, so all players in a multiplayer game would need a copy for it to work. To get it to work in the campaign create a new folder inside your mods folder called 'campaignbranch' and place this mod in there. Installation: Unzip the contents of the package to your \supreme commander\mods\ folder, and activate in the ingame mod manager. v1.2: added land scouts v1.1: 3251 patch
