Going from the ReadMe, this would be a re-creation of a Map from Total Annihilation, now for Supreme Commander. I personally don't remember the Total Annihilation version (let alone much of Total Annihilation itself) but I'm sure this is fairly accurate.

U might remember Shore to Shore from Total Annihilation. Well here it is
for Supreme Commander. 
Some nostalgics =]

Install/Placement:

Drag the TAMP_StSd folder to your maps directory, located here:

C:\Program Files\THQ\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander\maps

Note:
Since the borders did not work in the Supreme Editor by HazardX, the map is square and 
slightly different.
