Akavir has provinces? No, make that a statement, as I now know.
By the sound of those names, I'm guessing Akaviri people are an Asian sort of race?

Yes, all Akaviri are very Asian in culture.I should probably explaint hem a little...Tsaesci = Snake Palace, land of humanoid Snake people, much like Medusae. The Tsaesci are Vampires from birth, and according to lore, they ate all the humans in Akavir long ago.Tang Mo = Thousand Monkey Isle. By the name, you can tell that the Tang Mo are a race of kind-hearted monkey people.Ka Po Tun = Dragon Land (I think). This place USED to be full of Dragons, before it was taken over by a race of cats, similar to Kajiit. The Ka po tun are probably the most "Chinese" of the Akaviri races, as their architecture looks alot like Chinese temples and monuments. It should also be noted that the Nerevarine (The player from Morrowind) has supposedly moved to Akavir to teach them or something. For more info see the Elder Scrolls Universe page.
