Here is another mod by Trollf, This peticular mod adds a playable Cave/house. The Cave is an hideout/workshop for an Alchemist. The Cave itself is huge, and adds a ton of retextures and other Ammenitties. The Cave is great, In my oppinion. It's definatly worth a download. The Cave is on small isle east of Imperial City, for convient access to the Arcane University. Ofcourse like all of Trollf's house mods, adds switchable lighting!

This mod adds middle-sized cave on small isle east of Imperial City. It is designed especially for alchemist or mage but it may be like cosy hideout for everyone else as well ;]

Cave's features are as follows:
- unique design (waterfalls, rocks, various gardens with plenty of flora),
- small livable shack situated underground (very detailed interior),
- switchable sources of lights,
- lights depend on day/night cycle,
- 26 different non-respawnable containers inside the cave and the shack.
Copy 'AlchemistsCave.esp' and 'AlchemistsCave.bsa' files to 'Oblivion\Data' folder. 
In Oblivion Launcher choose 'Data Files' from menu and mark the checkbox that belongs to 'AlchemistsCave.esp'. 
Run the game and load your any save. The cave should be marked on your map on small isle east of Imperial City. Go there and read a note which lies on cave's trapdoor.
Update from v1.0 to v1.1:
Just replace old 'AlchemistsCave.esp' file with the new one.
Just delete these two files:
Changelog v1.1:
Resolved an issue when merchant doesn't sell a key to the cave for everyone but instead to journeyman of mercantile or more advanced character in such skill.

This mod isn't compatible with other mods that change exactly the same area on small isle east of Imperial City.
