This mod adds something that Bethesda really should have done. It adds the steel horse armour to all the Imperial guard patrols. Includes two versions, one that just edits the appearance and one that slighty changes the statistics for "realism". So hopefully this will interest you, regardless of preferences.

INSTALLATION Extract either of the .esp files, depending on what you wish and add it to the {x}:{install directory}OblivionData Folder.
