This fairly unique mod re-scripts the Ayleid Wells to give you one of three choices per day:
Collect a carry-able Well Stone that, when cast (like a scroll) adds the usual well buff to your character. You may only have one of these well stones in your inventory at a time.
Use one normal gem or two flawed gems and turn them into a Welkynd Stone. Use one flawless gem and five Welkynd Stones and turn them into a Varla Stone.
Worth a download in my opinion. :)

Magic from the Sky By Coleen Version 1.0 This mod changes Ayleid Wells to give you one of three choices per day. 1)Collect a carryable Well Stone that, when cast (like a scroll) adds the usual well buff to your character. You may only have one of these well stones in your inventory at a time. 2)Use one normal gem or two flawed gems and turn them into a Welkynd Stone. 3)Use one flawless gem and five Welkynd Stones and turn them into a Varla Stone. The well will accept any type of vanilla Oblivion gem, including pearls. When using flawed gems to create a Welkynd Stone, you must have two gems of the same type, i.e., two flawed emeralds, or the well will not turn them into a Welkynd Stone. The text at the end of the book "Magic from the Sky" has been slightly edited to account for the change to the wells in this mod. There are no new meshes/textures or sounds, so it should run fine with Oblivion. The only things edited were the inclusion of a new scroll type item for casting the well buff, and an new version of the Ayleid Well script to account for the changes to how the wells work.
