1 - Description

This is a simple mod that adds the house of a rich merchant to the east of Leyawin. The house is richly decorated but well guarded, a great benefit to the thief that can remain undetected.
The merchant that lives there buys anything that isn't stolen. He has over 65000 septims for barter gold so you can sell valuable items that most other merchants can't afford. This is especially useful if you use Creepyfellow's Living Economy mod where the barter gold decrease as you sell and you need to sell a number of enchanted items. The merchant also sells soul gems, filled and empty as well as a few other interesting magical items. A map marker is also added to easily make subsequent travels to the house.

2- Installation

The zip file you download contains three items. They are:

A folder called Omod data - Only needed if you create an omod file with Oblivion mod manager
This readme and
An ESP named Rich Merchant Mod

To install, you first extract the ESP your Oblivion/Data directory. You then open the Oblivion main menu and click on the Data files button or else open Oblivion mod manager, if you have it. You then double click the square next to the ESPs name to add a cross to the box. You are then ready to play.

To uninstall, you just open up your Oblivion/Data directory and delete all the files you extracted from the zip archive.

3 - Compatibility

This mod is compatible with your saved games and all mods that don't add any objects to the area where the house is located.
