Talos Manor added a free manor for the player in the Imperal City's Talos Plaza District. Warning: It replaces Ulen Athram's House in the Talos Plaza with Talos Manor. The manor is located in the Imperial City's Talos Plaza District, on the bottom left corner of the Plaza, near the Dragon statue. The Manor is locked, the key is in a chest on the left side of the enterance to the manor. Your Father's Journal is sitting on top of the chest.
