This mod lets you explore Skyrim without lifting a finger...

There's nothing worse than travelling around Skyrim trying to find a new destination, getting attacked along the way, trying to go over some mountain that you just can't cross, despite the best wall-climbing efforts of your horse, only to end up there so fed up you barely remember why you set off in the first place...

Fear no longer, weary traveller, as the SkyTrek mod by PhysicsFish has come to the rescue!

All you need to do is set your destination and let SkyTrek do all the work. It'll automatically take you via the best route, without you having to press a single button. Simply kick back, relax, and enjoy the scenery.

You can still interact while this is going on, moving the camera, opening gates, or entering into combat, but it saves you the worry of having to manually find and trek along to your next undiscovered location. You can choose the speed of travel, too.

Interestingly you're also able to tell it to follow any NPC, which it will do, or even become one, with the "life mode" simply making you walk around in typical NPC style, sitting, standing, sitting somewhere else...

So yeah, it's pretty useful, specially when you're starting new games and don't want to do all the travelling yourself. You can check it out here.
