It comes with 2 files, 1 without objects in the house for the people that want to decorate the house themselves, and 1 with objects in the house in case you want a super party house that's ready to play.
The house contains:
2 pools, one indoor and one outdoor A garage for 3 cars (House with objects contains 3 cars) BIG Hall 1 bedroom, 1 bar room, one entertainment room, 1 kitchen + dining room,1 living room, back door to party room, big party room with dj, karaoke, and huge dance floor.
