Included is a double garage and a fair size pool. Also included is a nice sports car. :)

Installation - Nothing hard, just extract it to your download folder --- C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads --- Then Click on the file and install it.. Made by: D_Graham
