File Description

Class 166 Reskin Pack (Southeastern / Connex ones were made in 2011) and were initially created because of the lack of Class 465s at the time (hence the reason for the 466 numbers – and because these were meant for my own South Downs Lines originally, but since then far better Class 465s have been released). Basically this pack just adds quick drives to all of the Class 166s that I have reskinned. For the most part there aren’t any changes to the textures except for.

Class 166 Reskins Included

  • Connex Old (Blue / Yellow)*
  • Connex New (Southeastern’s Yellow Door Livery)
  • London Crossrail
  • London Overground
  •  Southeastern Dark Blue (Like Current new Blue livery)
  • Southeastern Blue No Stripe
  • Southeastern Blue with Stripe
  • Southeastern Yellow with Stripe
  • Southeastern Yellow with Stripe (Old SET Logo)
  • Southeastern Yellow with Stripe (No Logo)
  • Southeastern Yellow without Stipe.

* – Has a strange issue on the doors that I couldn’t fix

Requirements: If you have Train Simulator 2012 or Previous you don’t need to buy anything if you have TS 2013 and Later you will need one of these routes (as these will come with Kuju/RailSimulator and only the steam ones, unfortunately, come with the European Asset Pack):

Original Railworks Routes, Berlin Wittenburg, Canadian Mountain Passes, Chengdu – Suning, China Clay, Colton & Northern, Cologne – Dusseldorf, Doncaster Works, Edinburgh to Glasgow, Falmouth Branch, Fort Kent to EagleLake, GARL, Granfield Branch (Class 111), Hatchet Hill Quarry, Mosel Valley (Koblenz – Trier), Ohio Steel Route, Pfäffikon SZ-Landquart, Portsmouth Direct Line, Portland Terminal Route, Rascal & Cottonwood, The Port Road, The Story of Forest Rail, Woodhead Line, WCML North, WCML Over Shap or Western Lines of Scotland

Installation

This package is provided in .rar compression format. To unpack, use Winrar, 7-Zip or similar and extract the .rwp package, putting it in an easily accessible place such as your desktop. This file can then be installed using the TS2014 Package Manager.

Description

This is reskin pack of the default Class 166, and includes 11 Liveries :

* Connex Old (Blue / Yellow)
* Connex New (Southeastern's Yellow Door Livery)
* London Crossrail
* London Overground
* Southeastern Dark Blue (Like Current new Blue livery)
* Southeastern Blue No Stripe
* Southeastern Blue with Stripe
* Southeastern Yellow with Stripe
* Southeastern Yellow with Stripe (Old SET Logo)
* Southeastern Yellow with Stripe (No Logo)
* Southeastern Yellow without Stipe

Fixes

* Added Quick Drive
* Southeastern Dark Blue Livery (Has Class 365 numbers originally meant to be a what if livery if Southeastern kept the 365s, hence the numbers. I have updated it to the current livery on the 465s)

Notes

* Connex Old Livery has strange texture issues that I couldn't fix (over the doors)
* Destination Board Texture - this can't be fixed unfortunately (its a bug with the model itself not the textures)

Instructions

Install the provided .rwp file using the TS2016 Package Manager which can be found by using the Utilities.exe at Steam\steamapps\common\railworks, then you will be able to use these trains in any scenarios.

If this location contains a blueprints.pak file, delete this. Don't worry, a new one is created when the program is loaded.

Once in game, in order to place this new consist in a route, other than those that have kuju selected, you need to activate the Kuju Filter in the object filter by selecting Kuju>Railsimulator

The reskin should now be listed in the editor as described above.
