This is a collection of my favourite and my most popular skins with two extra.
To be honest I don't know why I'm doing this. I suppose for people with slow connections.

Now Iron_wire_diablo Is much easier to install than last time (Hooray!) and he has some very minute cleanup.
And digitalis goes part see through when you hit him with a link gun,shock rifle and Lighting gun.wOOt! Or some such.
To install the skins simply save every .utx file into textures in your ut2003 directrory. 
save every .upl file into system in your ut2003 directory.
And you're done! Now go fourth and play! wOOt! WTF! nOOb! Or some such.

Done in paint shop pro (mostly). Is Adobe Photoshop better?

Tips:
If you have any version of Monkey matrix moves and you want to see the bullets all the time without slowing down the action,bring down the console by pressing the key left to 1 and type: Slomo 0.999  : You will always see the bullets and the game is only slowed down by .001%! (only works in instant action not multiplayer) Neato!
Some people don't know this but you can dodge off walls. to do this run and jump into a wall and then dodge away from it when you're right up against it. Also Neato.
To get a more focused explosion with two or three rockets, hold down the primary and secondary fire button.The rockets will spin together instead of spreading out. Again, Neato.
You can view through the translocater by throwing it and then pressing the button you used to equip it with (you voueristic pervert you).
