Installation:
-------------
	Unpack the AnalyzeFPS.u and AnalyzeFPS.int into your
	Unreal Tournamen 2003 System directory.
	Then you can choose the new mutator in the mutator
	menu available in game.

Description: 
------------
	This mutator doesn't work online, but it's useful to test your
	UT2k3 performance with different maps, options, etc. If you activate
	it, it shows 3 values on your HUD: AvgFPS, MaxFPS and MinFPS.
	The MaxFPS shows the highest FPS you've got and the MinFPS shows 
	the lowest FPS you've got in your current game. The AvgFPS shows
	the average FPS during your whole match. It is different to the
	"stat fps" avg fps value since this displays the average FPS of
	the last second (or something like this).

How To Use:
-----------
	If you add the mutator to your mutator list and start the game you
	won't see anything. I've made it like the "stat fps" command so you
	have to write a command (or bind it to one of your keys).
	
	To display the stats type "mutate analyze fps" into console. (without "")
	To reset the AvgFPS type "mutate reset avgfps"into console. (without "")
	To reset the MaxFPS type "mutate reset maxfps"into console. (without "")
	To reset the MinFPS type "mutate reset minfps"into console. (without "")

Known Issues:
-------------
	Works only with version 2166 and above!!!
	The mutator is OFFLINE ONLY! You can't use it in multiplayer!
	There is a weird thing that happens if you spawn the first time that
	lets your FPS drop to a very low value so I advise you to use the
	"mutate reset minfps" command after you've started the match (maybe
	the "mutate reset maxfps" is a good idea to do too).
