Balance UT 2K3 was designed because the author, Falcon, thinks the basic UT 2K3 was really unbalanced;

Your starting weapons sucked, the bio rifle was weak, shock combo required way too much ammo, minigun was far too slow and the sniper rifle was horrible to use. Most of the combos were also too weak.

On a personal note, I wanna add that I do not agree with him (killing someone with 200 health and 150 armor with one alt-fire bio-rifle glob rulez!), nonetheless, this is a nice mutator!

Introduction:
=============
I designed Balance UT 2K3 because the nasic UT 2K3 was really unbalanced.
Your starting weapons sucked, the bio rifle was weak, shock combo required
way too much ammo, minigun was far too slow and the sniper rifle was horrible
to use. Most of the combos were also too weak. 

Installation:
=============
Just extract this file into the System subfolder of your UT 2K3 folder,
fire up UT 2K3, select the 'Balance UT 2K3' Mutator in the mutator tab
and play UT 2K3 the way it should have been!

Weapon Changes:
===============

Shield Gun
----------
Primary fire now charges in 1.5 seconds instead of 4. You can't hurt yourself
with it anymore, making it ideal for "rocket"-jumping. It will also launch you
1.5 times higher to help with this.
Instead of the puny shield you had before, secondary fire now creates a shield
around your whole body, making you almost invincible to anything but splash damage
(so be careful for rocket launchers and the biorifle). It has only 50 power cells
though, so you can only use it for a short time. It's best used for those last
few yards to the flag or the goal with a pursuer close behind you.

Assault Rifle
-------------
Primary fires a bit faster, does a bit more damage and is more accurate. You spawn
with 5 grenades instead of four.

Bio Rifle
---------
Fires faster.

Shock Rifle
-----------
The combo shot only costs 3 ammo in total now, instead of the ridiculous 5 it was
before.

Link Gun
--------
Was already balanced. Unchanged.

Minigun
-------
Functions like its UT preecessor now. Primary fire will spew out bullets with reasonable
accuracy and speed, while secondary will fire faster but less accurate. Spin-up time has
been reduced a lot so it's actually a useful weapon now.

Flak Cannon
-----------
Was already balanced. Unchanged.

Rocket Launcher
---------------
Secondary will fire rockets in a circle instead of a line (how can you fire in a line
anyway when the barrels are not?) and you won't automatically fire once you loaded three
rockets, so you can unleash a can of tri-rocket whoopass whenever YOU feel like it, not
2.3 seconds after you started loading.

Sniper Rifle
------------
Primary fire is 33% faster now, so you now have a chance of hitting someone again if you
missed them the first time before they disappear behind a wall. The zoom scope no longer
has the annoying lines and bright circles, so you can see what you're aiming at and have
some idea of what's going on outside of the central circle.

Ion Cannon & Redeemer
---------------------
Unchanged.

Combo Changes:
==============

Combos have been made stronger, because they didn't have a big impact on the game. You
spent ages trying to get to 100 adrenaline and when you finally did, you got a lame
effect that only lasted for 20 seconds. Combos are quite useful now, so it's worth trying
to get 100 adrenaline. I recommend playing it with the Adrenaline Rush mutator, so you can
get it even faster. Then it really becomes a important factor in the game, instead of an
underused feature.

Speed
-----
For 30 seconds, you move 2.5 times faster than usual. You also jump 2.5 times higher and
have 2.5 times as much air control. Perfect for flag runners!

Berserk
-------
You get double damage for 30 seconds. I don' think this needs any more explanation...

Defense
-------
You now get 10 health every 0.9 seconds for 30 seconds instead of only 5. 

Invisibility
------------
Unchanged. You become almost invisible for 30 seconds. Still doesn't work on bots though.
