To install the manual .zip version, extract it to your UT2003\System folder. By default that's C:\UT2003\System.

This mutator prevents simply touching the flag from returning it to your home base. By default, you instead have to carry it back. However, there are other options...

The config menu contains the following items (also changeable via WebAdmin, and visible in the server browser):
-Can Touch Own Flag: If checked, the players can touch their own flag. (If not, it's stuck wherever it goes until it times out, if ever)
-Can Take Own Flag From Base: If checked, players can take their own flag from its base.
-Send Destroyed Flag to PathNode: If checked and the flag falls somewhere it isn't allowed to be (such as lava) then instead of being returned to its team's base it will be sent to the nearest PathNode.
-Can Cap at Dropped Flag: If checked, players can cap at their flag, wherever it is. If not, they must wait for their flag to return and then cap.
-Dropped Flag Timeout: The flag stays around for this long in seconds before being sent home (0 = forever)

The bots know the basics of each of the options and should take advantage of most of the features. The only exception is "Can Take Own Flag From Base". The bots will not take their own flag from its homebase.

The "Carry the Flag" gametype in the gametypes list is just CTF with the mutator automatically added. It's not needed except for server admins requiring ultimate server control.

Servers need to add CarryTheFlag to their ServerPackages.
