A cramped map designed to work out your skills at dodging and weaving, just watch your step! The map is rather compact and simplistic in design, could use some original textures or meshes, but it's fun if you liked tricky fast-paced maps!
Instructions: Place CTF-[BuA]Hypsiphobia-beta3.ut2 into your UT2003/Maps folder. Load game and enjoy!! Changes: Added animated level preview. Adjusted flag bases so that players are less likely to fall off the back of the base after grabbing the flag. Increased the depth of the "pit" so players/bots do not survive the fall. Raised flag platform so that players didn't get "caught" on the stairs if they tried to dodge to either side. Added relevant level info. If no other problems are found, this beta will be renamed to Hypsiphobia. All beta tags will be removed. Level Info: This map was designed to be difficult to move in. It is my personal belief that if a map is difficult, then it will aid the players by teaching them how to move in their surroundings, thus helping them to improve their gameplay. Paths will not be widened any more than they are. I will not add a teleporter to the bottom of the ring... you can get up from the bottom ring, tho it is difficult.
