I'm really sorry I can't give much of a description because I dont have UT2003 ATM and the author didn't include a screenshot or description. However I will try it with UT2004 and see if it works through there :)

Map (CTF-Vertigo.ut2) goes to DRIVE:/UT2003/MAPS Static Mesh File (MyPackage.usx) goes to DRIVE:/UT2003/STATIC MESHES Just copy and paste these files into the specified folders.
